Crystal Education Media today rewarded Persis Arome Samuel a 10 year old pupil of Glory Landers International School Kubwa Abuja for winning the maiden edition of the Crystal child draw organized by the organization and publishers of Crystal Education Newsmagazine.
Persis received a five thousand cash reward and an hour photo session paid for by the media firm. She became the first Crystal Child after been twice lucky at the preliminary and the final draws held in her school respectively. She will champion all Crystal Education Media’s campaign this second term (2018/2019 session).
While presenting the cash prize, the publisher and CEO of the Media house Mr. O. Joshua Chuks, noted that Miss Persis Arome Samuel will be groomed for the various activities she will be featuring for the media firm. He went further to announce that the next raffle ticket for the Crystal Child will be on the two editions of the Crystal Education Newsmagazine billed for the second term (Between January and March 2019) pointing that teachers are now eligible to participate in the draw for the Crystal Teacher of the term. According to Chuks, there will be a separate draw for the teachers who buy Crystal Magazines and tear out the raffle which will be attached in the journal.
Head Teacher of the school, Mr. Oye revealed that Miss Persis will be leading the school team to a Mathematic Competition at La Vogue International School at Kurudu in the FCT. “She will be our celebrity child for the term” he said in a chat.
Crystal Education can report that the draws will now have two categories, the primary Crystal Child and the Secondary Crystal Child effective from the next draws billed for end of second term.
